By using this website or booking the course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The courses
This site describes interior design courses by Khalid Sarhan: “Mastering Materials in Interior Design”, “Mastering Execution in Interior Design” and “AI × Interior Design”. Details such as dates, times and content may change; we'll tell you directly about any change to a course you've booked.
Booking
A booking request sent through the form is not a confirmed place. Your place is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly. At that point we agree the fee, payment method and any cancellation or refund conditions with you in writing, and those confirmed terms apply to your booking.
Taking part
The AI × Interior Design course is held online; the format and place of the other courses are confirmed when your seat is confirmed. You're responsible for your own device, internet connection and any accounts or software a course requires. Some AI tools used in the AI course belong to third parties with their own terms, and may need an account or a paid plan; your use of them is governed by those terms.
Please be respectful during live sessions. Sessions may not be recorded or redistributed without our written permission.
Course materials
Slides, templates, prompts, spreadsheets and other materials are provided for your own professional use. You may apply what you learn, and what you create, in your own work; you may not copy, share, publish or sell the materials themselves.
Certificate
Where a course includes a certificate, participants who complete it receive a certificate of completion; the issuing body and its details are confirmed when you register. Recognition of certificates varies between countries and employers, so please check what your workplace or institution requires.
AI-generated work
You're responsible for how you use images and designs you create with AI tools — including checking they're right for your clients, respecting other people's rights, and following each tool's terms on commercial use.
Intellectual property
The Khalid Sarhan name, logo, photographs and the content of this website belong to Khalid Sarhan and may not be copied or used without permission.
Using this website
Please don't try to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, send automated or abusive booking requests, or copy its content in bulk. If you find a security issue, please tell us using the contact details below.
No guarantees
We work hard to make the course practical and useful, but results depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we don't guarantee any particular professional or business outcome. The site is provided “as is”, and its information may change without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or the course. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Other services
The booking form opens WhatsApp or your email app, and the site links to our Instagram account. Those services are run by others and governed by their own terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
