طلبات الحجز. عند تعبئة نموذج الحجز تزوّدنا باسمك ورقم هاتفك ومجال عملك والدورة التي تهمّك وموعد البدء الذي تفضّله، وبريدك الإلكتروني إن رغبت. لا يرسل النموذج هذه البيانات إلى أي خادم؛ بل يفتح واتساب أو تطبيق البريد لديك برسالة جاهزة، ولا تصلنا إلا إذا ضغطت «إرسال».
الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا. إذا تواصلت معنا عبر واتساب أو انستغرام أو البريد الإلكتروني، نستلم ما تكتبه، إضافة إلى ما تنقله تلك الخدمات من بيانات، مثل رقمك أو عنوان بريدك.
البيانات التقنية. كأي موقع إلكتروني، يعالج مزوّد الاستضافة تلقائياً بيانات تقنية أساسية — مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح والصفحات المطلوبة — في سجلات الخادم، لتقديم الموقع وحمايته من إساءة الاستخدام. لا نستخدم هذه البيانات للتعرّف على هويتك.
ما لا نفعله
لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز).
لا نستخدم أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات أو بكسلات تتبّع.
لا نحمّل خطوطاً أو برمجيات أو محتوى من أطراف خارجية — كل شيء يُحمَّل من هذا الموقع. الاستثناء الوحيد: الفيديو التعريفي في صفحة الدورة، فهو لا يُحمَّل إلا إذا ضغطت زر التشغيل، وعندها يُشغَّل من يوتيوب (عبر نطاق youtube-nocookie.com) وتسري عليه سياسة خصوصية Google.
لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نؤجّرها أبداً.
على جهازك
يتذكّر الموقع اختيارك بين العربية والإنجليزية باستخدام التخزين المحلي في متصفحك (المفتاح ks-lang). لا تغادر هذه المعلومة جهازك، ويمكنك حذفها في أي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح.
لماذا نستخدم معلوماتك
نستخدم بيانات الحجز والتواصل فقط للرد عليك، وتأكيد مقعدك في الدورة وتنظيمه، وإرسال معلومات الدورة، وإصدار شهادتك. ونعتمد في ذلك على موافقتك التي تمنحها عند إرسال طلب الحجز، وعلى ما يلزم لترتيب الدورة التي طلبتها.
من يطّلع عليها
نحن فقط. تمرّ الرسائل عبر الخدمة التي اخترت الإرسال من خلالها — واتساب أو انستغرام (وكلاهما تابع لـ Meta) أو مزوّد بريدك الإلكتروني — وتخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. ويعالج مزوّد الاستضافة البيانات التقنية كما هو موضّح أعلاه. لا نشارك المعلومات مع أي جهة أخرى إلا إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ برسائل الحجز فقط طوال المدة اللازمة لتنظيم الدورة وإصدار الشهادات، ونحذفها قبل ذلك إن طلبت.
حقوقك
يحق لك أن تطلب معرفة المعلومات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، كما يحق لك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت. تواصل معنا عبر بيانات التواصل أعلاه وسنردّ عليك في أقرب وقت ممكن.
الأمان
يُقدَّم الموقع عبر HTTPS فقط، ويُرسل ترويسات أمان صارمة: سياسة أمان محتوى لا تسمح بأي شيفرة خارجية، وحماية من تضمين الموقع داخل مواقع أخرى، ومنع تمرير مصدر الزيارة إلى المواقع التي تنتقل إليها. ولأن الموقع لا يخزّن أي بيانات شخصية، فلا توجد لديه قاعدة بيانات يمكن اختراقها.
الأطفال
الدورة موجّهة للبالغين ولطلاب التصميم والعمارة، وليست موجّهة للأطفال دون 16 عاماً، ولا نجمع معلوماتهم عن قصد.
التغييرات
إذا عدّلنا هذه السياسة، سننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا ونغيّر التاريخ في أعلاها.

Who we are
This website presents the interior design courses by Khalid Sarhan, designer and trainer (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information you send us through it.
Booking requests. When you fill in the booking form, you give us your name, phone number, your field of work, the course you’re interested in, your preferred start date and, if you choose, your email address. The form doesn't send this to a server: it opens WhatsApp or your email app with a ready-written message, and we receive it only if you press send.
Messages you send us. If you contact us by WhatsApp, Instagram or email, we receive whatever you write, plus the details those services pass along, such as your number or email address.
Technical data. As with any website, the hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data — your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — in server logs, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this data to identify you.
What we don't do
No cookies.
No analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
No third-party fonts, scripts or embeds — everything loads from this site. The one exception is a course’s introduction video: nothing is loaded until you press play, and then it plays from YouTube (via youtube-nocookie.com) under Google’s privacy policy.
We never sell or rent your information.
On your device
The site remembers whether you chose Arabic or English using your browser's local storage (the key ks-lang). It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Why we use your information
We use booking and contact details only to reply to you, confirm and organise your place on the course, send you course information, and issue your certificate. We rely on the consent you give when you send a booking request, and on what's needed to arrange the course you asked for.
Who can see it
Only us. Messages travel through the service you chose to send them with — WhatsApp or Instagram (both run by Meta), or your email provider — and are handled under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider processes technical data as described above. We share information with anyone else only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking messages only as long as we need them to run the course and issue certificates, and delete them sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above and we'll reply as soon as we can.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only and sends strict security headers: a content security policy that allows no outside code, protection against being framed by other sites, and no passing on of where you came from when you follow a link. Because the site stores no personal data, there is no database here to breach.
Children
The course is meant for adults and for students of design and architecture. It is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
